If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree remains in its original condition with all tags and the silk mark intact.

Quality Verification
Ensure the saree is unwashed, unworn, and includes the original blouse piece (if unstitched) along with all authenticating certificates.
Secure Packaging
Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and hand it over to our authorized courier partner.
Refund Processing
Once our artisans verify the quality of the returned silk, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
